Postage And Packaging
- We offer FREE postage and packaging.
- We do not currently despatch outside the United Kingdom.
- By special arrangement deliveries can be made by hand, same day, within a ten mile radius of our showroom.
- For deliveries being made by hand we will coordinate directly with you via your contact details to arrange this. Please make sure these are correct.
- All other items are sent out by first class, recorded or registered post dependent upon the value.
- We will supply you with a parcel tracking number where one is available via an email to confirm your order has been despatched.
- Orders will typically be despatched within 24 hours where possible, this excludes special orders and personalised items. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be despatched on the subsequent Monday. This may be delayed by Bank Holidays and postal strikes.
Returns Policy We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the pristine condition in which they will be sent out to you. However, if there are any issues with the item you receive please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and we will rectify any issues.

- We offer either exchange or a credit note provided that goods are returned in pristine condition within 28 days of date of purchase.
- Items can be returned to us in person at the showroom or by post.
- CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE PERIOD EXTENDED TO 31ST JANUARY 2025.
- The cost of returning the item will be paid by you, the purchaser, and not covered by ourselves.
- Any item returned must be returned by a tracked delivery service in pristine condition, unworn, with all its original packaging and documentation - receipts, guarantees, information booklets etc.
- Please ensure you keep hold of the tracking number for items you are returning.
- Please include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or a credit note.
- Any personalised items, engraved items, commission pieces and special order items are non-returnable for exchange/credit - this does not affect your statutory rights.
