The bracelet fits all Classic size charms. If you're not sure which size to pick, pick the bigger one. If the bracelet is too big then you can simply take one of the links out to make it the perfect size. You can add and remove links on your Nomination Composable bracelet on your own, thanks to the special mechanism that holds the links together.
